布局数字医疗,默克联手腾讯深耕中国市场

德国默克集团1月23日与腾讯签署了战略合作协议,双方将充分利用默克在医疗方面的专业优势和腾讯在互联网及人工智能领域的前沿技术,在中国创建智能数字医疗服务。


作为全世界历史最悠久的化工制药公司,默克拥有丰富的医疗服务经验和先进的技术。此前默克已经将中国市场作为其最重要的市场之一来发展,这次在数字医疗领域强强联合,也是默克的中国战略不可或缺的一部分。


默克和腾讯将人工智能与传统医疗相结合,有望扩展我国医疗服务的覆盖范围,缓解我国医疗服务供给不足的问题。同时,外企力量的介入,也使得“互联网+”经济模式在中国市场的竞争日益激烈,警示中国企业继续创新服务供给,以迎接日益激烈的市场竞争。



2019年亚太区房地产市场韧性面临考验
Asia Pacific Market Resilience To Be Tested In 2019

CBRE世邦魏理仕24日发布《2019年亚太区房地产市场展望》报告,指出2019年亚太区经济将继续保持平稳发展态势,但中美贸易争端以及美国货币紧缩政策带来的多重风险或将令区域市场韧性受到考验。
Asia Pacific’s steady economic growth should continue in 2019; however, key risks arising from ongoing trade tensions and tighter monetary policy will test the region’s resilience, according to CBRE’s Asia Pacific Market Outlook 2019 report.

2019年,亚太区商业地产投资交易总额预计约为1,200亿美元,亚太区商业地产市场预计将迎来缓慢增长。
Asia Pacific commercial property investment turnover is expected to reach around US$120 billion in 2019.  

投资市场、写字楼、零售和工业物流板块的扩张步伐均将有所放缓,进一步反映出各投资类别内普遍显现的审慎情绪。
Across capital markets, office, retail and logistics sectors in 2019, the pace of expansion is anticipated to be slower – a reflection of heightened prudence amongst the various investor classes.

亚太区内的写字楼市场将呈现稳健增长态势。科技公司、共享办公等灵活办公空间运营商将成为市场需求的有力支撑。

BP Invests In PowerShare


BP风投宣布投资电享科技——中国领先的电动汽车(EV)充电硬件和软件集成解决方案提供商。
BP’s venturing business, BP Ventures, has invested in PowerShare, a leading integrated hardware and software solutions provider for electric vehicle (EV) charging in China.

该投资是电享科技A轮融资的一部分。本轮融资由BP风投领投,中国领先的私募股权投资集团德同资本跟投。
The investment is part of PowerShare’s Series A round, which was led by BP Ventures and draws support from DETONG Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm in China.

BP集团副首席执行官马凯骆表示:“中国是世界上最大的电动汽车市场,也是BP扩展高级移动出行服务的主要市场。
“China is the world’s largest EV market and a key market for BP as we seek to expand our advanced mobility offer." said Lamar McKay, BP Deputy Chief Executive.

波音自主载人飞行器完成首飞
Boeing Autonomous Passenger Air Vehicle Completes First Flight



波音公司日前在维吉尼亚州马纳萨斯成功完成了其自主载人飞行器原型机PAV的首次试飞。
Boeing successfully completed the first test flight of its autonomous passenger air vehicle (PAV) prototype in Manassas, Virginia.

由电动推进系统驱动的PAV原型机被设计具有从起飞到着陆的全自主飞行能力,航程远达80千米。
Powered by an electric propulsion system, the PAV prototype is designed for fully autonomous flight from takeoff to landing, with a range of up to 50 miles (80.47 kilometers).

其先进机身长9米多、宽8.5米,集成了推进和机翼系统,以实现高效的悬停和前向飞行。
Measuring 30 feet (9.14 meters) long and 28 feet (8.53 meters) wide, its advanced airframe integrates the propulsion and wing systems to achieve efficient hover and forward flight.

PAV原型机在飞行中完成了受控的起飞、悬停和着陆,试验了飞行器的自主功能和地面控制系统。
The PAV prototype completed a controlled takeoff, hover and landing during the flight, which tested the vehicle’s autonomous functions and ground control systems.

未来的飞行将测试由机翼产生升力的前向飞行,以及垂直飞行和前向飞行模式之间的转换阶段。
Future flights will test forward, wing-borne flight, as well as the transition phase between vertical and forward-flight modes.

这一转换阶段在任何高速垂直起降飞行器上通常是最具工程挑战性的。
This transition phase is typically the most significant engineering challenge for any high-speed VTOL aircraft.

波音还投资于一种可运载多达226.8千克业载的无人全电货运飞行器。
In addition to the PAV,  Boeing portfolio includes an unmanned fully electric cargo air vehicle (CAV) designed to transport up to 500 pounds (226.80 kilograms).

无人全电货运飞行器去年完成了首次室内飞行,并将在2019年转入户外试飞。
The CAV completed its first indoor flight last year and will transition to outdoor flight testing in 2019.


联合技术公布2018年业绩和2019年展望
United Technologies Reports 2018 Results and 2019 Outlook

联合技术公司日前报告了超出预期的2018年第四季度和全年业绩,在2018年实现了十年来最强劲的有机销售额增长,2018年的销售额和调整后的每股收益均超出公司预期。
United Technologies Corp. reported fourth quarter and full year 2018 results above expectations. 2018 organic sales growth marks best year in over a decade,sales and adjusted EPS for 2018 above company expectations.

公司预期2019年的销售额、利润和自由现金流将继续增长。
The company announced an outlook for continued sales, earnings and free cash flow growth in 2019.

2018年全年销售额为665亿美元,同比增长11%,包括8%的有机销售额增长、1%的净收购影响以及1%的外汇收益。
Full year sales of $66.5 billion were up 11 percent over the prior year, including 8 points of organic sales growth, 1 point of net acquisitions impact and 1 point of foreign exchange tailwind.

联合技术董事长兼首席执行官贺国瑞表示:“展望2019年,我们各项业务的利润增速预计将高于销售额增速,并且剔除拆分成本之后的自由现金流增速也会高于盈利增速。
"Looking to 2019, our segment profit is expected to grow faster than sales, and free cash flow, excluding separation costs, is expected to grow faster than earnings." said UTC Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Gregory Hayes.

我们仍将坚定地聚焦于执行我们各项业务的战略计划,预计将推动各业务持续增长,在创新和客户聚焦方面引领所在行业,并实现长期价值的最大化。”
